This space is going to provide specific information directed by benefit your mind spirit and body. Not only having good thoughts, and a good emotional intelligence is enough, it goes hand in hand with having a good diet.

That is why the consequences of having a poor diet are crucial in our  organism...And yes, it is sure that we all know and have heard that sometime in the past, but do we really know all the consequences?

I invite you to summarize all the consequences of having a non-balanced diet in our lifes.💣

    Anyone knows that consuming junk food😓 is not a healthy habit and that this consumption mainly leads to weight gain, but this is only the tip of the iceberg, that is, eating regularly based on junk food or poor quality ultra-processed products, already registers more deaths globally than those caused by tobacco.

    Although death is the worst consequence of maintaining an inadequate diet over time, there are other risks associated with following a poor diet, even for people who do sports from time to time or with some regularity. Following a correct diet avoiding saturated fats, chemical additives, preservatives or coloring, is the basis for avoiding a list of inconveniences for our body.

                ASSOCIATED DISEASES TO A EATING HEALTHY

**Chronic diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases (ischemic heart disease or hemorrhagic stroke among the most frequent), diabetes, osteoporosis, dental diseases and obesity.

**Memory impairment. You suffer from inflammation of the hippocampus, one of the first regions affected by Alzheimer's.

**Low sports performance. If you play sports regularly and occasionally indulge in junk food, it probably won't affect your body composition or your athletic performance, but it would have long-term consequences if you regularly consume these types of products.

**Digestive problems. Not following a healthy diet means that our body does not assimilate nutrients correctly and intestinal and stomach imbalances are observed. This happens when we regularly consume products rich in saturated fat and even more so if we have fried them before. 

**-Insomnia. There are certain habits that can cause insomnia or difficulty falling asleep, such as taking processed products or drinks rich in added sugars. 


☝☝It is essential to provide our body with vitamins and minerals from good quality foods such as fish, whole grains, legumes, vegetables, fruit and nuts.
